Order of War by Sqaure Enix will be shipping to stores and online some time next week. The title will be the first official fully Western developed (Wargaming.net) game from the Japanese publisher. The fact that its a WWII RTS just screams irony but then again maybe it doesn’t… you decide.
Anyway Valve’s Steam site have promised to give away two extra and exclusive units to anyone who pre-orders the title from them before its official release on the 22nd of September.
The units are said to be off-map-types and each one will be usable for seperate single-player campaigns. The US campaign will see lucky gamers wielding the M115 203 howitzer and the Nazi campaigners will be graced with the 17cm Kanone 18 in Moerserlafette weapon.
I think the fact that the Nazi’s have the word “moerse” in theirs just makes it sound far more bad ass.
