Beer toast

rAge is coming up, and I think I’m most excited about getting my hands on some vibrating triggers. But I’m second most excited about meeting all our awesome community! Okay fine, I’m actually most excited to meet you lot – but don’t tell the guys because it will ruin my street cred.

In case you’ve forgotten, or weren’t paying attention in the first place, the community will be gathering to troll each other in person. Well, more to put faces to names while drinking. Just because most of you will be in Joburg for rAge doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about our Mother City contingent – we are currently cursing you for sending a cold front our way. But, we still think you deserve to drink and embarrass yourselves as much as the inland crowd.

So, here is your reminder service – on Saturday, 5 October 2013, we will be having our community get togethers – starting from 4pm in Joburg and 5pm in Cape Town. It seems that we have attracted a bunch of local gaming celebrities in Joburg, but tens of people will be going to the Cape Town get together. If you feel like it, go RSVP on the Facebook pages so that we know what kind of numbers to expect. Or just arrive. Don’t be shy – we do actually want to meet you guys.

Well, I do. Gavin and Darryn may be too busy eating ghost peppers to greet you.

Banana Jim Cafe still amuses me. It’s Banana Jam Zoe, or given that you’re American, Banana Jelly. 😉

That’s why we need the right time. There’s a difference between being late & fashionably late 😉

Hahahah good ol’ Nambabwe! But seriously, I like Namibia, I once took a train with my mom from Cape Town to Windhoek. It was awesome! 2 days on a train… and then this weird stop in the desert… (to refill the train with water)

Isn’t there a Carnivore in Rwanda? I’d say celebrate with copious quantities of wild meat… Carnivore! One of the greatest restaurants ever created in Africa!
