Cartoon indie zoe

With our new additions to the team, you may see that Indie Zoe isn’t always Indie Zoe but occasionally Indie Sandy – he does love his indie gaming and I don’t want to deprive him of showing his love for the indies. But for now, it’s still all mine, mine I tell you, mine!

First up we have some news from last week about 75 titles getting Greenlit. This was during the Steam Sale, so you might not have noticed, but are some cool ones on the list including Cadence, our locally developed awesomeness that I raved to you about a while back. Cool news for the locals as we slowly take over Steam, and then the world.

Speaking of local, here is a new tweet about Broforce for you – new voiceovers coming with the update:

Then there’s this trailer that Sandy gushed to me about, calling it an “indie Rainbow Six of ridiculousness”:

Prototype of the Week

This week we can check out Ben Myres’ (the mouthpiece of Make Games SA) cool entry in his “One Game A Week” challenge – Colour Me Impressed. It’s a cool concept for a platformer where you bring colour back into the world – it even sorta looks like elements of Thomas Was Alone. You can grab his Windows Build or just watch the trailer.
