As you may or may not have noticed, local dedicated gaming purveyor BT Games has made the jump to doing digital distribution of games, where you can buy and also pre-order digital copies of the latest games. On top of that, you’ll get some free Afrihost bandwidth with your first order – so you needn’t worry about data caps too much. and to celebrate it all, we’re going to give you some free ADSL data too.

All you have to do to stand the chance of nabbing yourself one of 30 10Gb Afrihost data vouchers is head over to BTGames’ digital distribution page, and leave a comment here telling us what game you’d order, and you’ll be in the running to win a voucher. We’ll be doing random draws next week Monday.

We’ll also be giving a couple of vouchers away on Facebook and Twitter, so keep an eye there as well.

May Random.org look kindly upon ye. Hooray for free bandwidth!

Competition only open to South African gamers with a working ADSL connection. winners will be announced right here.

Worth the play if you find it on special! Not a lengthy game though…

I’m playing it at the moment. Having issues with ‘wanting’ to play it though. It is amazing, but it’s lacking some draw to it…

Might get it for my girlfriend. She would enjoy this. For me, its not the underwear that’s the problem, but the nightmares that night :/

Yep. Waiting 2 years for a Telkom line, in a well populated urban area, with all neighbours having a line. Apparently no infrastructure.

3G, my only option. It is faster than a telkom line though, just way more randela’s for the bandwidth.

      Me sad.

what I don’t get with the going digital thing is the price. This is the 1st time that I can compare digital prices and walk in shop prices for the same store and it really baffles me. Take BF4 and Batman for instance. Both are R65 cheaper for the disc versions and Rome was a full R200 cheaper. How does that work? Really now. This isn’t a rhetorical question, I really want to know. HOW? My brain is doesn’t compute the logic in that.
