The sale going on over at gog.com is almost at an end. There have been tons of Good Old Games on sale, with some ridiculous deals. However, the sale ends today, just before 2pm (12:59 pm GMT). For the last day, all the specials are in effect – all of them!

These sales are terrible for me, mostly because I want to play everything, again. These are amazing games that I could easily spend all weekend playing… if I didn’t have a ton of other games to play, too. I really need to learn time management. Instead, I’ll just live vicariously through all of you.

They’re both good, just very different from each other. 1 is more isometric DA Origins style, 2 is 3rd person & much prettier graphics wise. Combat, crafting & other stuff also changed.

Last year I got 8k back!!! Then my idiot dog decides to crawl underneath a palisade and rip off half her skin on the left. Vet Bill was R7.8k and all the diesel I drove out was much more than R200.

Awesome – Icewind Dale 1 and 2 , Baldur’s Gate 1 and 2, Neverwinters Nights 1 and 2 , Planescape Torment, Temple of Elemental Evil, Myst – the whole darn series. Hopefully I’ll be able to keep busy until Witcher 3 comes out…
