I’m not going to lie to you guys: I had a lump in my throat when I read the final, 700th chapter of Naruto a couple of months ago. I’d been following this manga for years and years, having started when the series hadn’t even graduated into the Shippudden phase yet. But the series finally wrapped up recently, with a brawl for it all that lasted months and months. It was an epic conclusion to a long journey, but the story ain’t over just yet.
The first sketches for Naruto Spinoff: The Seventh Hokage and the Scarlet Spring Month have debuted (via Comic Natalie). An upcoming mini-series, the new manga will star Naruto’s son and Sasuke’s daughter Boruto (Bolt) and Sarada (Salad), who appeared in the final chapter of Naruto, as well as Naruto himself who happens to have finally become the seventh Hokage.
Details aren’t exactly available right now, but Weekly Shonen Jump confirmed an April 27 launch date within that magazine and a teaser that read:
Urgent News: The story enters a new generation …
Naruto Spinoff also debuts ahead of the upcoming Boruto: Naruto the Movie in August, which focuses on the next generation of Hidden Leaf Shinobi. Go ninja, go ninja go! Drop that bass and feel the ninja rap!

The manga is finished, the anime is still going because of all the damn filler episodes.

if he starts from the beginning, or the beginning of shippuden, then it should be finished by the time he gets to that point.

I mean what is up with Kitten Face on top there. Genetic birth defect? And is that adrogynous kid next to him putting on his/her/its bondage suit on?

Don’t worry, we all know how competent our main character Sakura is…so much so that she had plead with Sasuke in order to bind with him, and that how Sarada was born in Naruto’s universe. At least we are glad to know that Sarada didn’t have any of her mother’s gene.

Kishimoto really screw up on the story plot of ‘who is Sarada real mother’ in this new gaiden series. So in the end Karin stated that Sakura is her real mother? Ha Ha Ha! Like hell a three year old kids will buy into this story when Sasgay didn’t even kiss Sakura before he departed ‘his’ family for another mission (more like running away mission to me!). Or maybe there is some truth of Sarada being Sakura’s daughter like how Sakura had to beg with Sasgay to sleep with her, your never know 😀
