Dota 2 Championships – Western and Eastern Qualifiers

With 13 teams announced for The International 3 (IT3), it is now down to the Western Qualifier, Eastern Qualifier and Wild Card to round out the roster.

The West Qualifier is currently underway, running from 13-19 May.  The East Qualifier will run from 20-23 May and then again from 28-30 May.  This qualifier is split due to scheduling clashes – this way teams can still take part in the G1 Champions League LAN finals and the Dota 2 Super League.

Is this East vs West America or globally?

Believe its USA – and Korea is east not west?
Also nice to see ICCUP back on a roster, had the unfortunate draft of playing against them in my 1st ever starladder as our 1st matchup.

We kept the game close till the 15min mark, but needless to say, we got destroyed.

DD.Dota was looking very good after beating empire with the irony that the only reason Empire needs to qualify is that they changed players and the 2 kicked players went to DD.dota and beat them.
AL seems like they can ge a good wildcard, but the loss against DD, means neither Empire nor AL can afford another loss.

On the other side, LGD Gaming should end up 1st and for the wild i have no idea.
