| | Mr. T Game Being Developed. WTF? | Geoffrey Tim - April 29th, 2009 | Zootfly have announced that they’ve secured the rights to develop games based on Mohawk Media’s Mr. T Graphic novels. I can’t say I knew something as ludicrously awesome as Mr T comic books even existed, but now that I do there’s news of an impending game! Chuck Norris be damned! According to Zootfly, we can expect the game to feature “knuckle-whitening action-adventure, furious brawler combat, gravity-defying platforming, and environmental puzzles.†Yay! Environmental puzzles, my favourite. Admittedly, the basic plot sounds incredible – The first game has our favourite Bad-Ass taking “on Nazis and their gigantic machines in the varied universe of South American rain forests, lost ancient cities, industrial complexes and contemporary military installations†If you’re currently overwhelmed by the astounding awesomeness - sit the hell back down, because there’s more: Helping our bad-attitude hero will be none other than legendary genius Will Wright, creator of The Sims ... | New PSP Is Coming – Getting E3 Unveiling | Nick de Bruyne - April 29th, 2009 | Sources of 1UP.com have confirmed that there is indeed a new PSP coming and that it will be unveiled at this years Electronic Entertainment Expo.
It seems like the the new PSP, which has yet to be named, will definitely be ditching the UMD in favour of downloadable games and an internal flash drive and will not, I repeat not, be getting a second analogue nub.
It also seems that the rumours of a slide-out screen are true and that the PSP's new title may be ... [»] |

| That’s What You Get – Early Celebration Fail | Nick de Bruyne - April 28th, 2009 | In any form of competition, it's always very important to keep your eyes on the prize until the very last moment, no matter what, to ensure victory.
The dude in this video playing the Sagat character in a Street Fighter IV tournament learnt this lesson the very hard way when he started celebrating a little too early, thinking that the outcome was set in stone.
To give you a quick explanation, the guy playing the C.Viper (female) character tries his Ultra combo at the end of the ... [»] |

| Uncharted 2 – Multiplayer Trailer | Gavin Mannion - April 28th, 2009 | Earlier today I posted up a couple of screenshots taken from the upcoming multiplayer section of Uncharted 2 and now we have a video. The screenshots were pretty cool but the gameplay in this video looks absolutely amazing… the ability to climb the wall and hide behind hanging sign posts just opens up so many other options in battle. I have no doubt Naughty Dog are going to pull this one off. |

| Achievement based Avatar gear – Good idea? | Gavin Mannion - April 28th, 2009 | Microsoft has been surveying users in the States in regards to a whole bunch of new ideas that they have with one of them being whether or not we as users think that it’s a good idea to be able to win customised avatar clothing through achievements. Honestly I think it’s a no brainer personally, who wouldn’t want to be able to win customised goods to show off your avatar? Hopefully this comes through as I am dying to get a real cowboy hat like Dizzy’s. Or possibly one of those awesome bikini’s from Dead or Alive? Source: Kotaku |
